The service manager could not explain why this part fell off. He also left my vehicle unsupervised with the passenger window completely down. Definitely negligent on his part

I had to remind them that my vehicle was ready when they sent me a text before letting me know that that was they’re job but apparently something they couldn’t complete
I had 4 new tires installed. It was disappointing that the car was returned to me with all my rims very dirty…. Should have at least cleaned up all the lube and chemicals or whatever was used to install the tires because it was all over all my 4 rims…
