It bothers me when the people in service mess with my settings in my car during service. This isn't the first time. I understand moving the seat. This time, my AC was blasting. Again, not huge- but I don't turn the AC on that low and I don't leave it on whe I turn the car off. But worse, someone turned off my auto headlights. I started my commute at dusk and didn't realize it. I'm driving around without my lights on! Just curious as to why someone would need to do this?

Steve Valdovinos provided the best customer service at my visit. He went not detail what my car needed and took time to explain detail by detail. As a Toyota customer I highly recommend that more service advisors be trained and perform excellent service as Steve Valdovinos provided during my appt.

Service appointment too long to just check in and overpriced…Need more service reps..was standing around over 15 minutes nobody said anything til I asked , not good customer service they could at least asked me have you been helped…
