It bothers me when the people in service mess with my settings in my car during service. This isn't the first time. I understand moving the seat. This time, my AC was blasting. Again, not huge- but I don't turn the AC on that low and I don't leave it on whe I turn the car off. But worse, someone turned off my auto headlights. I started my commute at dusk and didn't realize it. I'm driving around without my lights on! Just curious as to why someone would need to do this?

.muy mal especialmente con su trabajador Juan supervisor de los mechanics no sabe tratar a los clientes es un grocero y no escucha a una persona cuando uno le explica los problemas que a tenido con el carro o tiene uno con el carro para el todo es normal x que no los quiere arreglar acuerdence que el cliente tiene que estar satisfecho y seguro manejando sus automobiles que sales de su dealer Carson toyota. No me gusto el servicio Juan es un despota con los clientes...

Steve Valdovinos provided the best customer service at my visit. He went not detail what my car needed and took time to explain detail by detail. They were awesome. I brought my car in at 730am with no appointment!! Steve Valdovinos the service guy promised the car to be finished by 930. I told him take your time Sure enough he texted me 920 sayin the car was finished. Great job as usual

Service appointment too long to just check in and overpriced…Need more service reps..was standing around over 15 minutes nobody said anything til I asked , not good customer service they could at least asked me have you been helped…
