The car was not delivered on time as promised. After paying and submitted the ticket for pick up, we waited for at least 45 minutes for the car to be deliwered

Sadly had a bad experience waited 4 hours for my car to be ready when Jimmy told me it would take 2hr and 30 min wait my brother was their for the same service and he was out of their before his estimated wait time. I called while I was their to check status they transferred me to his office he didn’t not pick up I even sent a text that was sent out when I brought in my car to check status no reply I got up asked the cashiers she stated my car would be ready in about 30 min she had called jimmy in his office after 10 min go by I finally I get a notification on my Toyota app stating my hood was open so I was literally waiting their for no reason if I would of had not said anything I would of probably be waiting there till 5:00pm according to the paper work that was the delivery time and like how I mentioned my brothers stated 2:30 m appt time was 9:45 I didn’t leave their till 2. No apology was made for that 4 hr wait when it only should have been 2hr 30 min so I’m so disappointed at this Facilty customer service.

Patricia showed excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to meet my needs. Excellent personality. She made this process comfortable and kept me notified during the completion time. I would love to deal with her again. I am in sales and Patricia put the customer first as it should be. The first time around I had a robot for a service person. This time very pleasant. I would deal with Patricia any day again.
