Terrible customer service.
The work(SERVICE) was not performed at all, or done wrong as it was realized when I got home and looked at it turned on(FOG LIGHT).
Alyssa was very helpful and explained the 5 point check with me before I left.

They cancelled my appointment at first without reason.. when i call they dont know nothing. And a representative told me because of the Parsts is not available..i dnt not schedule for recall… and they re schedule me again .. when i came, zeke told me that there nothing wrong with the parts.. and it available.. he asked me who told me that..and its took more than 3 hours to wait..and dint know what kind of carwash they did..

Hi , I’m trying to contact costumer service , I just went to Get service to my 4Runner but the tires weren’t rotate and my car just lost a rim cap that wasn’t tight properly

No need to contact me. If I’m rating my overall experience from 1 - 5; i will rate 3 & half. I have no complaints on how they work on my car and impressed on how fast they did the work. My only concern is that the service adviser failed to give me all my service options in my toyotacare contract. I ask her (Adriana) if I could get an oil change because I drove the car on a long trip to Vegas. She said that I will be charge on that because oil change is not on the list of services that my car needed base on my mileage. So I said yes to charge me on it because I feel like there is no other option for me to get it free from toyotacare. But a couple of minute ago I login on my toyota acc. to check what really is my option. And I saw an option saying that If I did extensive idle/driving the car for long distance; oil and filter should be added to my service free of charge. I tried explaining it to Adriana but she said she could do anything unless I use my 20k miles service in advance. I believe that all the “Advisers” should be trained on asking people on how did they car driven in the past couple of days, weeks or months to identify if the car really need to be oil changed and not just basing on the mileage to determined what it’s needed for the car. Some people doesn’t know about this. They use their car to tow, offroad, etc. and have no Idea that they need an oil change. Specially to the ones that have toyotacare on their contract and it’s all free of charge.

My appointment included brakes & transmission. I asked Jimmy if I should Hale all 4 brakes. I was told “no need”. I appreciate his honesty. I appreciated that his advice is based on not only experience but also the reviews from prior scheduled maintenance. As a customer concerned w/ maintaining my vechicle it’s a comforting that i’mNot being pressured/coerced. Money does not grow on trees.
I will add: Jimmy’s work estimate was spot on.
