Upon receiving serviced vehicle and driving away. There was a flapping sound. I returned to service and the car checked out discover the plastic under carriage clips were missing. Minor over site caused anxiety as I know it was not how the car arrived..

Jonathan really went above and beyond! He was empathetic to my current situation and gave me every single option that best fit my budget! He also prioritize what maintenance was top to least and that helped me make the right choice for myself and for my vehicle! He also gave me different payment that help to make decisions! He was very communicative throughout the process and will definitely be in touch with him for any future needs
