I made an appt on Tuesday, I never received confirmation. I called Saturday morning to check appt time to find out none was scheduled. I apply for Toyota credit offer and get the run around and still no response. All 4 on my tires after buying a new tire and having them rotated had different air pressure, one being 45??

Again, Marissa is the utmost professional and awesome customer advocate. My quote for a tire was a certain amount, and when I made my appointment over the phone, somehow and alignment was added in there. When I was paying for the service, it was evident that I didn't request that, I asked if it was just automatic, and Marissa researched and realized it was a miscommunication from the call center. She really does go above and beyond! Give this woman a big increase!
