Everything went well, except we were hoping to have the "download the update" message go away. A couple of employees looked at it. And we thought we had it fixed, but it keeps reappearing just as frequently as ever.

When I picked my car up it smelled so bad of raw gasoline that I had to bring it back and leave it there for a total of 4 days for them to take care of the smell
I picked it up and it seemed ok but it still has a residual smell of gasoline,, especially when first opened in the morning,,, and Iam afraid it will effect the resale value of my vehicle,, never mind having to deal with it

Scheduled a recall service appointment last week for today 12/18. After checking in, picking up a loan car and leaving, I receive a call from a service rep that the recall part (low pressure pump) was not yet released for my truck(per vin number).
Wasted about an hour of travel time and will now need to re-schedule another appointment again. Additionally, the service team left my paperwork folder in the truck.
Very frustrating ......

Due to a road hazard a new tire was put on Thursday a week ago but it didn't match the other three month old tires. I complained using this forum got called and got appointment to put a matching tire. I arrived about 1 or 2 minutes late but ended up being there almost exactly 90 minutes to get one tire changed. I am a little upset and disappointed with Price Toyota. If I hadn't had an appointment I would have accepted waiting without being upset. With an appointment, different story. What took so long to do ONE tire.
JD did a great job helping me with my new tires — He answered calls, provided quotes, and scheduled my appointment. I could not ask for better customer service.
