Product dripping out of the frame. Very sloppy. oil all over engine compartment from oil change. Greasy fingerprints on outside fender.
I talked to Marissa after I got home. On my way home I had to stop on the side of the road to close my hood completely. It was obvious as the vehicle image showed a shadow that the hood was open. I would of went back to Toyota but I had a funeral I had to attend. Then the next morning once I was putting my stuff back into my car I realized my car was not in the same shape that I delivered it to service. The third row seats one side up and one side down, my mat in the cargo area was just rolled up, so after all this for my own piece of mind I checked my tires and every cap on each tire was loose so I tightened them all. Like I told Marissa this stuff should have been done at Toyota I shouldn’t have to worry about this. I just wanted to make someone aware at Toyota
Raeshel was very though and courteous upon meeting me to understand what I needed done to our vehicle! She also contacted me after Tech finished his inspection of our vehicle to inform me of a few things that the Tech suggested be replaced!
Jason was very courteous and quick to explain my statement.
Jason was very efficient and patiently answered all of our questions. I appreciated his professionalism.
One thing my mileage on my statement was wrong should be 96377. Note that on paper work. And on my sticker for next oil change is wrong should be 99877 instead of 97775 Every thing else was fine. Clean facility and staff was very nice Thanks Marie

Half of the issue is fixed however still can hear noise .
