Best ever service Sean patiently explained every procedure and answered every question. He mentioned options and priorities. I love my RAV4, my third all from Price. I used a local service station (which recently closed) rather than returning to the dealer. But after today I’m inclined to return to Price. Very good experience

I had ordered a tri fold bed cover and when I called to see if it was in they said yes and we made an appointment. Well, came in on the scheduled day, checked in, got a loaner car and left for roughly 3 hours only to find out that when I returned I was told that the part was not in and I would have to come back the next day ?? Wasted an entire day since I’m coming from Lewes DE , not very happy so I talked to Kelli and she said that when I come back to have it installed that they would install rain guards that I had purchased myself for me at no charge. I also pointed out some bad spots in paint on the hood of the truck that they said they would check into. When I picked up the truck the tri fold and rain guards were installed and Dacia told me they basically buffed out the spots on hood and it looked pretty good when I checked it out inside of building. When I got home and looked in sunlight I could still see the spots so I called Dacia to tell her and she stated she will call me when a rep. would be in the areat to set up another appointment. To date I still have not received a call back.

I did not have an appointment, I had to drop it off on a Sunday & he called me within minutes of opening on Monday. I was so surprised & grateful since I didn’t have an appointment. I had no expectation that my car would even be looked at o Monday but it was & service completed by early afternoon!
