Outstanding customer service from the service team
I didn’t get a sticker for my follow up service appointment in my window. When I arrived to pick up my car I had to wait longer than normal for someone to bring it around.
Since this was a recall, I would have appreciated having my car returned with a full tank of gas.
Lady was super nice who checked me out!
There was no after service contact or any feed back on what was found and what was done. Or any future follow up
They could have replaced the fuel pump n hose that was put in last year to see if that corrected the problem instead of blaming winter blend gas
Dacia was helpful knowledgeable, friendly, UT was a positive experience.

This was a great experience. Dylan went above and beyond to make my service excellent. He even said he would schedule my anti corrosion frame spray with a pick up vehicle rental since I need one for my small business.
