The associate Damon Taylor was very kind and courteous and very knowledgeable in explaining everything that was going on with my car, it’s a great relief when someone can explain everything in a way that’s easy for you to understand. Initially concerned with high cost of service at 75,000 miles. Call back to Service site & review of receipt revealed coolant service that was likely best for my vehicle and time efficient given a quieter day in setting of CoronaVirus. At first, it appeared expense resulted from filters noted by JD. further review was helpful.
