It was nice to be able to review and approve items on the work order via the web interface.

I find it hard to believe someone had to go to Newark to get a battery for my for my new 2020 car. I could see my car was finished but I had to ask and JD said he just had to do the paperwork. I waited once again and again I had to ask. Told JD I was not happy with his service and he had the audacity to say he gave me a new battery. Well how about the defective battery that was sold to me and thats why I was there in the first place. This was my second purchase at Price and up until today I was always completely satisfied with the service I received over the past several years. I arrived there @ 8:55 with a call prior to my arrival stating I had a defective battery. 2 and a half hours for a new battery, I would say is bad business. JD needs to step up his game in keeping the customer updated and not hiding back in his cube!
