I came in for an oil change appt at 9am. I was still there 2 hrs later. I had to go ask for my vehicle to be brought to me. Which made me late 1.5 hrs late for work!. If I had known it would take that long ,I would have asked for a loaner

The price for repairs seemed really high especially since I had just brought the car in recently and no one caught that my oil was leaking then.

On the mechanic side..
I had first came to bring my car in for an oil change and asked about a leak I noticed in my driveway. They told me they didn’t find anything.
The leak was still there and dripping onto the bottom pan of my car. I had to bring my car back again. They found the issue and fixed the problem. Marissa was very helpful in providing me a good price. However, after bringing my car home I noticed they didn’t clean up where the leak had been spilling onto the pan. In my opinion, after bringing my car twice, the leak should have been cleaned up with a rag of some sort. I was not happy with how I got my car back.
I bought my car from Price in 2017 and haven’t been happy with the majority of services.

1.) my vehicle was returned to me with 20 psi air pressure in the front right tire.
2.) during my service “found issues” were discussed with me. One of these were the needed replacement of spark plugs for $269.95, Along with several other items. This same vehicle was serviced in your department on 2/27/20 at which time an engine performance tuneup was done, including spark plugs for $369.95.
3.) I bring my vehicle to the dealer for service because I depend on my vehicle and one of the things I expect our relationship is peace of mind knowing it’s done right and at a fair price. I seriously question that now. As see it there are only two possibilities; you guys don’t know what your doing or, it was calculated and your milking the cash cow. Either way I paid a lot of money for my vehicle and I pay a lot to have It maintained, I expect better.
