I was told that my car was only going to be in the shop for 5-6 days and it took a month to fix...I called several times for updates and they told me a few more days multiple times. Cameron was fine but I don’t like being lied to, he was not the one I talked to during the process. He was the one that did my estimate and the one I talked to when I picked up my car.

Several of the staff were very attentive & helpful.The work was finished before I realized they had had time to pull my car in! They went out of their way to explain features on this new (to me) Flex while I wait for my owner's manual. I intend to tell a client of mine who mentioned wanting a used Honda Civic to check here first.
