The radio and heat was both adjusted after we dropped the car off for service. The service was not done when we went to pick it up after work . The service was compensated for our inconvenience though

Your mechanic didn't even fix the problems the truck was brought there for. Still having the same issues.
The loaner I was given had bad brakes and would not lock. I had to return it for another vehicle. The 2nd loaner came with a nearly empty tank of fuel. Although I appreciate the loaner you could have done a lot better.
Your service manager ignored my concerns when I asked why nothing was done to repair my vehicle.
What a joke of a service department. I am not one bit satisfied with the level of customer service from Buckeye Ford. I will make sure to pass on my experience.

John has always taken good care of my wife and me. He always ask how we are doing. The service today was top notch. The mechanic showed us the brake pads and rotors and how they were worn and needed replaced. We were in an out in a very reasonable time. We are customers of Buckeye Ford since 2004.
