Unfortunately Nissan charged for
rotation of my tires but they don’t
do it, of course I let know them, I used
Nissan service for many years, but now
take more time I was there for 3 hours
Just for change oil and some inspections
of routine next time I will think before go thanks

Jeff provided a great experience. The service was done quickly and to the usual high standards. I always appreciate the friendly, no hassle service I receive from Tustin Nissan Service Department.
Started when Costa Mesa told me nothing was wrong with my battery even after I asked them to check it explicitly. I got stuck in an ice cold parking lot in leggings and a light jacket at 10pm at night so I was already frustrated. Communication was minimal at best from Tustin. Called at 7:30am didn’t get a status check on the car until after 3pm. I had called at noon to ask about status was told technician was on lunch. Called back at 1:30 and 2:30 and was told the same thing. Got the call at 3pm and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 12pm the next day and I could come get a loaner vehicle. I didn’t receive a status at all the next day until the car was ready at 5:15. Was not able to leave work immediately to make it in time to pick up that evening. Had to pick up early next morning. It took an hour to pick up my vehicle. Service again lacking.
Carl was great! I love taking my car into Nissan at TUSTIN. Everyone is always so helpful and fair! Thanks again!
