Carl is one of the best service consultants here at Tustin Nissan. Every time I need to get my car service I go to him as he takes time to really explain everything and makes sure you leave the dealer knowing exactly what was done to your vehicle. Always maintains his patience even when the lobby is full with customers. Nothing but good things to say about him! Will continue to come here.

Jeff was prompt to answer all my concerns and had a great attitude during my entire service.
No problem with apparent quality&courtesy of service; BUT almost three hour time from getting in your car-service line until our car service and paper-work was done and our car was returned to us and ready to go, was not satisfactory. We were told the problem was you were missing a 'service team'. That was your prolem. not mine. Joseph T
