After reviewing my work sheet... I noticed a comment made about a nail in my FL tire that is un-patchable...
Why was this not mentioned at time of service?
Also..I declined transmission service... not brake fluid check as stated..

Your system is great with the Uber integration and the extensive use of text messages.
Only complaint, and this is 100% on the dealer/whom ever sets the prices but, $150 for a tech to plug in the Nissan Consult is a bit steep.
I tried to justify the cost by telling myself I was getting a “free” car wash, but that was done pretty badly, even for a free wash.
If it wasn’t for the superior customer service I received when I came in, I would swear off Nissan of Tustin forever for the unfair price gouging.
$150?!

Great over all service. The only minor thing was that I was told the car would be getting a wash after service, but the car was unwashed when I picked it up.
