The service took a longer time than I had expected. I had an appointment for 8:00am for the brake service and finished at 11:00. While checking out, another customer behind me had said he also had an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. If I had known it would take this amount of time, I could’ve rescheduled my morning more effectively and to thus reduce the stress level.

I didn’t like the fact that going into the service I was told 1 thing (it would cost $5 to replace a battery) to then having them tell me it will be $375 for a new key or $150 to reprogram the spare. I honestly feel I could have had my spare key reprogrammed for free (under the warranty)
Cash provided excellent customer service, and mechanic Kelly is my go to trusted mechanic. I am very happy with the over and above customer service provided of your representative and with the exceptional and trusted mechanical service as well.
