The service advisor was great, but they didn’t get the air cleaner box snapped in right. I corrected it, it’s tough to do in its location. Easy to overlook, you can hear the sound difference when drive it. No problem for me to fix, but some other customers would have to return to the dealership for repairs.

Carl is the best. He deserves recognition. I will be back because of him!
He told me it would take about 4 hours. It wasn't done until after 4pm the next day. Also, I have had my car in for repairs 3 times in the last 4 months. I know that my car is old, but I have asked them to look the car over to see if any more problems look as though they may come up.
