On my paper work that I received after the worked performed it had suggestions about a cabin air filter engine air filter and it stated I declined the work which I was not made aware it needed those filters or I would have had them replaced both. Know I have to wait until next service. Not cool.

My car is still having the same issues and I just purchased it a couple weeks ago. I did research online and it seems that a lot of other people are having these problems with their altimas I feel this ridiculous that I’m already dealing with issues from your product. I’m very disappointed in your company and product. I’m going to have to bring in my car to service once again and hope they have the ability/intelligence to fix this problem. I’ll make sure to write a yelp review and let people know about Nissan and the situation I’m in as well as I see many others online

You need to allow your customers to be able to pay by credit card over the phone. Your policy of requiring a photo copy of the front AND back od the credit card, AND a photo copy of the driver' license is archaic, frustrating, and makes me feel like a criminal. I have a freeking credit rating over 805, and I've been a customer of Nissan of Tustin for over 5 years. Figure it out, change your policy. I'd love a response to see if I should remain a customer.

Randy and Caxious are very nice and gave a very good service. When I got home I found scratches that the car didn’t have, I’m very disappointed because when I left the car it didn’t have those scratches.

Cash was outstanding. He was genuine and helpful. I do not know much about cars and he was very patient with me and answered a lot of questions. It is because of him that I will be returning. Give this man a raise and hang on to him. After years of managing, I can tell you that people like him are few and far apart. Have a good day!
