I thoroughly was very satisfied with Jeff by the way I was treated. He kept me abreast of the reparations every step of the way. He is a good communicator! Jeff is definitely an asset to Nissan! Again, I am very satisfied with his service!!!????

Randy was professional when we walked in. He answered all of our questions about our 30k service. He offered a rental due to a warranty issue on the car which he said was standard and put us in the same make/model. Excellent service,everything Randy promised was delivered. He followed up when there was a delay in the part. When I came back to pick up my vehicle he remembered my name and face even with a mask on. That is what I call superb service. Thanks Randy and the service technicians from the Tomlinson Family!

Not happy I was charged $160 to investigate the cause of my A/C malfunction. I understand the policy but think that the charge could have been waived since I spent $800 on other repairs.
