It was easy to schedule with very little notice. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and informed him of my visit. He listened to what I said and what I needed and did not try to “teach” me about my car and suggested things I could add to my service but also make recommendations as to what was most urgent and when I would have to address other issues.
Juan Montes was very helpful. He told me my oil change would take an hour and it sure did. After calling me in to let me know my car was ready he explained to me in detail everything else the Technician looked at. Very satisfied with Juan’s customer service ????????????????

I went in to fix my AC and I thought it was working fine but the next day it seemed that it wasn’t working again. It takes a while for it to start cooling or sometimes it just blows hot air.
