My car battery was change a year ago which is wear because I bought my car 3 years ago. I understand that when it was changed my car got a new battery. But now after one year it’s not good anymore. Did my car got a new or an used battery? I have already buy 3 cars in this dealer and I never had problems like this. Gabriel Peng who is the person attending me was so rude. I think with this kind of person you guys are going to loose customers, he is not kindly.
Mr Juan Montes, was friendly and fast at helping me. He repeated himself more then once, when ever I ask him to. and never seam upset. Like other people I deal with. I received my car quickly. And was informed about everything, in a way I was able to understand. So thank you all for always doing a great job with my van.

I had two recall for my vehicle and I call on Monday to make an appointment for Thursday.When I brought my vehicle in only one recall was performed and one part need to be order.If I make an appointment in advance I think all parts should be available for my vehicle now I have to return when part will arrive so inconvenient.
