Nick was a really nice guy .. but he wasn't helpful with the concerns I had about my car .. I ask him some questions regardless a recall and another issue and he didn't know much about it to help me !! I will soon contact Honda service again to see if you guys can help me with this issues.. Andy was great! Very professional! It was not his fault that my overall experience was not the best. I got there and waited in the car for 30 minutes and no one came up to help me. I got out of the car and asked an advisor for help and he sent me back to my car to wait for someone. Very rude by the way. He was not doing anything just sitting in front of his computer while there were 4 people waiting in the appointment line. Andy was finally done with his angry customer who kept complaining and was able to help me. When my car was ready, I called to get a the shuttle to pick me up but the lady that answered said that there was no one available to pick me up and she needed to wait to get approval that it was ok for the shuttle to pick me up. The estimated time to get an approval was an hour!
Andika is always great at assisting me with any services I need for my car. He's very straightforward and gets things done quickly.

Mr. Ryan Perez my service advisor was very professional. Very kind. I had a great recall repair on my 2002 Honda Civic. Both driver & passenger air bags were replaced. I can't even tell were the work was done. They came out very good. Thank you for helping me out.

Estoy decepcionado completamente por la actitud de cierto personal o persona. Sin antes hacer o existir una revisión del problema se me condeno o se me señalo de ser el culpable de la falla del vehículo, siendo totalmente falso y aunque fuese cierto jamás tendrían que adelantar criterios. Y como era de esperar, el resultado fue adverso a mi persona haciéndome un cobro de $ 325 solo por la revisión y no por reparar la falla, la condena o señalamiento hecho antes de existir un peritaje demuestra lo poco profesional y la duda o falta de credibilidad en el servicio. Esas pequeñas cosas, hechos; dañan la imagen de una persona o compañía en la cual no es de confiar.
