Andika was great!!’ But the service from Honda could of been better. I set up my appointment on Wednesday for two recall. Airbig and ignition. On the comment I wrote “will both recall be ready for install”. I didn’t get an response. I then get a call Friday morning to remind me about my appointment for Saturday 715am. I ask the Receptionist can she tell me will both recall be instock for Saturday. She said she will ask an advisor I was put on hold for 15min. I then hang up and called back and ask the same question and was on hold for another 10min. She finally got back to me and told me that the advisor said yes their instock. I then show up for my appointment. Andika had in and out. Around 10ish I went to pick up my car. Once I got their Andika seen me and said he would be with me to help. As I was waiting their I noticed people where getting impatient and wasn’t getting help. Then I see two sale people walk out the door think their going to people seeing that service was back up. I was wrong. They were their asking people if ever thought about trading their was in!! Really you have 6 people waiting to pick up their car and cars line up paying to get their car service. I then see a customer get out her car looking for somebody to help her while her Mom was waiting in the car. She then finally got someone to help I couldn’t see is name badge but he was Asian.He then start asking her question in the middle with his customer Juan your other advisor calling him other to translate for him. Of course he apologize and said he would be right back. As he left to translate for Juan I seen the customer just throw her hand up in air being Frustrated. Juan should of waited for him to be done with his customer then go translate for him. That customer also was 4 car back and the lady was ahead of him. So basically he had gotten help before her and she was 4 cars ahead. Andika then help me explain the recall and said they would have to order Ignition. I then ask why when they called me on Friday and I had ask if they were instock and ready for install the advisor said yes. Who know if the advisor even check and just said yes that they were in-stock . I then ask Andika will they give me a call when the ignition arrive, he said no I would have to call next week and just keep checking if it’s in!! Really!! i have to call for an order that I was told was in-stock and also was a recall!! Which doesn’t make since at all. I keep going back to El Monte dealer because it 5min. Every time I got back i would think the service would get better but it just get worse!!!
