I had an appointment at 9:00 am. I arrive and surrendered my car to the technician by 8:50. Manuel quoted me a wait time of 1-3 hours. He said the oil change wouldn’t take long but the “recall software update” would be unpredictable. A courtesy shuttle took me back home. I ended up calling El Monte Honda service reps at 11:00- a lady told me it wouldn’t be ready until 12:30. So I call back at 12:30 and the lady said that the car’s done and to wait for a phone call from the courtesy shuttle. 1:30 rolls around and I call back. I get transferred to Manuel and he tells me that he’s sending a shuttle right away. I’m satisfied with the repairs. But I’m irritated That I had to wait so long even with an appointment.
Glad to deal with Gabriel, he is honest, understanding, and have full knowledge with my Honda Accord. The only draw back is the back order of the parts that takes more than two weeks in fixing my car but i was lucky that Gabriel arrange a loaner car for me to drive and Gabriel keeps in updating me the parts order status. I do appreciate Gabriel's effort for this Honda service and El Monte Honda shall cherish this excellent employee.

Where do i start? From the very start of an unfortunate situation Juan was very understanding, supportive and considerate. He made me feel at ease with choosing this Honda service to take care of my vehicle. After my experience with Juan i know he represents the Honda values, happy to help and communicated every step of the way. Juan communicated every detail of the repair and was consistently keeping me updated . He represents and elevates the standard of customer service and I believe He is a gem in this Honda location. So happy I came here and was taken care by him. Not once was I misinformed Or out of the loop and I truly Appreciate it ! Thank you
Gabriel is my long term service guy, he’s always done a great job and also often done some extra help to the car body fix, like put the loose rubber belt to the right place, & put the sticked out body parts to the right position
Which made the car looks much better / like new.

Drove up no one helped me waited 11minutes no one else but me was there when I drove up had to wait forever in my car when I drove up to the appointment lane

I arrived a lil after my appointment time it was a bit of a wait but I was attended and my car was serviced shortly after quick oil change overall I'm happy with the service I had with Andy Vuong hes nice friendly and very knowledgeable!!!!
