I was satisfied with the service however after I left the dealership that day I was driving on the freeway and one of my tires Popped and my tires are in pretty good shape so I’m not sure why that happened. Did the technician do something to the tires ?

I have to say Manny did a great job with a difficult project in identifying the buzzing noise of the 2017 Honda Civic. I was provided with a rental vehicle. I appreciate the quality time spent in resolving the problem. Very professional and expert. Thank you very much for having professionals such as Manny Montoya.

I took my car in for a recall on the passenger airbag and received it back with a broken glove compartment, burning plastic smell from the passenger side and broken plastic pieces on the floor. Long story short, your mechanic refused to take responsibility, the service rep is unable to do anything and there isn’t a manager available to resolve the issue. I’ve seen videos on how to repair the part in other Honda vehicles, talked to other mechanics, looked at the diagrams and the conclusion is that your mechanic broke my glove compartment and it’s questionable as to whether or not the part was properly installed.

I stopped in to check the battery. It was 3:45, plenty of time to buy another. Let’s work till 5:00pm and capture all client’s money. It’s important to treat the woman clients like they are your own kin...or sister. Just over $199.89
