Andy did a great job! However I came without an appointment and was rudely ignored. I bought my vehicle from El Monte Nelson Honda. I understood that other people had their appointment. However after they attended them I was completely ignored it wasn’t until a guy approached me and suggested that I speak to Andy to help me out. Suggestions if you don’t want customers coming in just tell them on the website and on the phone, that people will be ignored without appointment. I had a better experience with Toyota this same day for another vehicles’ oil service without appointment. It’s clear that I should stay away from Honda in my future purchases.

Good service I know it gets busy but it did seem that the advisor forgot that I was there and was reminded. And the service for the courtesy van was a little confusing because when I asked how I can get a ride home the advisor just told me to stick around that the driver will walk around and check with you but no one ever approached me. I had to get an Uber.
Manuel is one of my favorite service advisors he's a keeper.
