Ryan was extremly helpful from all the times I’ve been there he explain the problem with my vehicle and the warrant lt I had with complete details and showed me pictures of before and after stayed in communication with me. Before ryan I had seen Juan montes who had no idea what he was talking about came out as very rude, not informative kept saying well we aren’t fixing that because we changed names from the company it’s car pros now which when I spoke with finance Greg he told me the opposite and told me I had electric and mechanic warranty which Juan montes said I only had mechanic and my window wouldn’t be fixed free and when Greg told me please have Juan speak with me he said very sarcastic well I don’t even know who greg is so I told him well he works at ur company so get up and look for him like forcefully had to beg him to get the correct information. Very rude person he needs training doesn’t read the profile right of what warranty the car has or gives any information at all super extremly rude! I know forsure never to have Juan montes assist me in which I will also leave a yelp review to avoid him as their appointment person! Thanks to ryan he explained everything calmly and has the best customer service! Thanks Ryan appreciate all your help and follow up text messages to get the right care for my car!

Totally wasted of my time for audio problem dianoistic on Sat. Car was sent in 7am for standard service plus dianoistic the audio issue I filed last time I sent in the car for the same issue but not able to see the problem. Now the problem is getting really worse and the audio is almost un-usedable. Also when audio system auto black out , the driving screen with speed meter black out too, it will cause the danger. Ryan called me at noon said there will be delay for the car get exam, said should contact me around 2pm, until 5pm no one contact me, so I hv to call to find out what’s going on. Ryan told me technician is not able to see the problem, and they are short of time to exam. It’s totally **** because the technician never actual tried to test drive the car as promised before, otherwise it’s obviously the problem will be noted. Coz as soon the car is in driving, people can hear he loud pop noise. It’s impossible not notice the problem. However Ryan ask me to come back again during the weekday to re-exam. So they could hv more time to check my car. It’s terrible experience with Honda service and Honda vehicle... I really don’t know how to deal with it.

Ever since I bought my car I was Able to get the oil changed when the sensor said 30% or less. Never had a problem until today. Apparently the policy changed to 15% and nobody has ever said that to me. I had to insist on a phone call to a manager which I don’t understand why a manager is not on duty at all times and they finally approved it. To me it seems like this car dealership sale is what triggered this change not a real policy change. Frankly I wish I could take my car to another dealership but I canT. The service advisor was fine but your policies and communications skills ****.
