To whom it may concern, I believe almost all the oil change services at any dealers or small auto shops, they will automatically check for all fluid levels and top up as needed as a part of the oil change services. Most common places are engine cooling water & windshield washer. This morning I washed my car and opened the hook just a quick check to ensure all the liquid levels are sufficient before taking my Las Vegas trip tonight. I have noticed that the level of the engine cooling water and windshield water is extremely low (approx. a cup left). i’m so shock and disappointed on the recent service. Luckily, i did a double check, otherwise, my engine could have been overheated and damaged while driving to Las Vegas tonight. I have learned a lesson after this service that not to assume serving at the dealer is rest ensure that they will check everything that supposed to be checked. Very disappointed!!! I hope this review will help management personnel to look into this and not to provide such poor service to other values Honda customers. Peter
