This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this specific dealer (El Monte) and the first two times were bad experiences that I was nice enough to simply not write how I really felt about the service. However, I’m very pleased with Ryan. From the moment I got there he was very friendly and professional and greeted me with a smile. He kept me in the loop and I got a courtesy call and text from him when my car was ready. He explained everything so thoroughly.

I’ve been coming here for years (free lifetime service) and this was the first time that I actually had good service. Nick was very nice, he walked me to my car and even opened the door. Hopefully this place turns around.
