The tires were not properly inflated to the correct psi after being rotated. One tire was 31 psi, two were at 33, and one at 34.

Adam was super helpful through the whole process. He sent video of what was going on with our car and took the time to talk through repairs and maintenance that needed to be done. He was super friendly, available, and knowledgeable. We will always want to work with him moving forward!

Brought the vehicle in for an oil change. My vehicle had hand print grease marks on the hood, door handle, inside of the door panel, drivers seat, & steering wheel, where the tech obviously did not care he/she had dirty hands. Obviously there was not plastic placed on my seat to protect it either. I also had my tires rotated. My driver side back tires center cap was not put back on correctly as it was obvious the pattern didn’t match the pattern of the wheel. My driver front center cap fell off the next day when I got to work, I found it laying on the ground. Also checked my fluid levels as they were meant to be topped off and found the reservoir tank for my radiator fluid is empty. I no longer trust the quality of care from this dealership as this is the second time I’ve picked my vehicle up with dirty grease marks. Shows the techs do not care about the quality of the work. I will not give this location further business.

Elysia, was professional, thorough, a good communicator and very kind. She shows that she cares for the customers and puts herself in their shoes. Prices are reasonable and speed of service is acceptable. Your waiting room is awful. Some chairs are torn, not enough power outlets and zero work surfaces. This space needs to be divided between a TV lounge with some comfortable chairs and an area with tables or cubicles that have working chairs and power outlets. If I am able to accomplish work I don’t mind the wait as much. Some doughnuts or something would be great too. Employees coming through, talking loud and using the coffee machine is interesting. Many employers don’t let employees in the customer lounge. If they are allowed they should be less loud and turn down their personality.
