I was told my vehicle was fixed & ready for pick to find out my vehicle was not fixed. I got off of work early just to be told my vehicle would have to be held by the dealership over the weekend and would not be able to have the senior technician look at it until the following Monday. The invoice totaled to almost $2700, and now there’s a possibility that I may have to pay more. So no I am not satisfied with the service experience. Whose to say the “issue” that was at hand was actually the true “issue”?
