When I come in to the Service Center James is right there with a paper mat and ready to get the odometer reading! I fully trust his whole Team that work on my vehicle! We were going on a long trip and I asked Jim to do a well baby check on my Accord and I mentioned for his Team to do a battery load test as it was starting but seemed stressed when it did they did all of those things plus washed my vehicle! I love being able to schedule for an appointment on line and the great courteous service I get from Jim and Team, that’s why I keep coming to Honda for any Maintenance!??????????
