I brought my Honda CRV 2017 in to troubleshoot a slow acceleration problem (30,000 mile odometer). Turns out, the engine was wrecked. The service group found that the timing chain guide bracket had broken off at some point and was sloshing around grinding, wearing down and chipping away at all the moving parts. Despite that bad news and the fact that weeks of looking for options left me without any (I essentially signed over the title for demolition today), my experiences with Adam were above and beyond my expectations. He helped me review options, supported my research, worked on my behalf with the insurance claims dept, referred me to various financial help options, identified a low mileage replacement engine option, and was very responsive throughout. I walked away without a working vehicle thanks to a failed insurance claim attempt, a failed request for goodwill assistance from Honda, an insufficient pre-approved amount from an auto-service loan application to finance an $11K engine, a $400 rental car fee and a $1200 diagnostic and total teardown bill, so as you night expect, it wasn't the greatest experience for me. But if it wasnt for Adam, I wouldnt have known I had so many options to pursue in the first place. I believe Adam was honest and forthcoming with me, and for that I appreciate him very much.

I had a 10:30 appointment and it took 2 hours to change oil and a coolant flush. That is ridiculous to take that long when I had a appointment.
