Woke up this morning back passenger tire was flat
Adam is superb. Busy busy day and he really helped move things along and always had a smile. Everyone was very very polite and attentive
They took my appointment for two recalls but they didn't have the parts for either. Previously I had scheduled an afternoon appointment but they called that day to reschedule because they said they needed more time to complete the repairs and I needed to schedule a morning appointment. I took a day off from m work for this.

They said my service would take an hour, 1.5 at the longest when I got there. My car was done at 1621, sitting in the area done. I waited until 1650, nobody came and got me, when I told them I was leaving and my service rep happened to be walking by he said he would start my papers now because my car was done. My ride was already there and my car had been done for 30minutes and i had been there 2 hours for a brake pad change
