You did a good job on multi-point inspection and identifying issues that I needed to address. However, the intermittent “check air bag system “ warning light was not able to be investigated due to it not being present. I would’ve turned car on and driven it around parking lot until it came on again. Warning came on as I left parking lot. I will eventually return with light lit to get a code read, but believe this effort could’ve been put forth while you had vehicle.

The associate whom checked me in, went over the multi point inspection and returned my keys is a shining example of excellent customer service. He had a pleasant demeanor, he spoke to me with care and consideration without being condescending; he ensured I was educated with what was happening and completely comfortable during the entire experience!

Seems like the original team didn't try and fix the problem, they just said they couldn't fix and I had to go see the manager. Shouldn't of had to to come to that.
