On 04/05/2024 I brought in my Honda for a last minute oil change. The crew did a very good job and the employee I worked with provided me with excellent customer service. She was transparent about prices and what services are vital to keep my vehicle running efficiently. I am very pleased with the services provided and I feel confident bringing my vehicle back for future services.
Ben LIED and said that in order for my SUC to pass inspection I needed to pay $2900 when that was not the truth. I only needed to pay whatever to get my tires fixed. Also I waited an HOUR to pick up my vehicle. JUST TO PICK IT UP!!! Why? I’m COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the service I received today!!

The info screen was blacking out, but not diagnosed or repaired by service team. Reports were deceptive as the screen blacked out again when I drove ~ ½ to 1 mile away upon departure from your Hampton dealership. I had to drive to Elizabeth City the following morning, and the screen kept failing and the drivers dashboard failed once as well. I called HondaRoanoke Rapids and took it in on April 1st & got a traffic ticket for speeding . ? Speedometer. Service at Honda RR found that the entire electrical harness behind dash was defective & has to be replaced. Waiting to get my Odyssey back after the harness arrives & is replaced.
I feel my wife & I were in danger & the critical defect was missed @ Priority Honda!
Don is the consummate professional. I deeply appreciate his thoroughness and good humor in unscrambling a complicated and very frustrating situation we encountered. Please hire more just like him. HE LISTENS to make things right with exceptional follow-through. He would make a wonderful trainer within your organization as well!
