Technician was rude on the phone to both me and my husband on different calls. No sticker for next oil change put in vehicle. When I came to pick up the only service person without a customer in front of them said he didn't have time to help me and he did not know where everyone went. After waiting for the one nice lady who gave me our key, I expressed my displeasure with both the tech and the service person who blew me off and the service person had the audacity to interject his comments though he was "too busy" to actually help. But we still had someone texting wanting us to have our car appraised for trade in. Horrible experience overall.
