Appreciate the promptness of the appointment. However a few extra features were overlooked, making for the experience to come across as lacking of attention to details.
Reset was not done after oil change, stuff in car got rifled through, car wash not performed and tech never reviewed service!
I was not pleased with the diagnostic test results. I was told in order to find a leak location that my radiator had to be replaced. However my radiator was just replaced about a month ago so I know I don’t need a new radiator! I definitely felt like they were trying to get over on me and being lazy.
My service provider was Adam and he was so friendly, helpful and had a wonderful attitude. The curtesy drive Scott was also very friendly.
I went to get my windshield replaced I asked before going there if they were capable of recalibrating the windshield and they yes I told them I had the Honda Sensor system they assured me they could after waiting at that place for 3 hours and 45 minutes they told me they couldn’t get it to calibrate. I called the service department at Priority Honda and was told to bring in my vehicle, once I got there I was greeted and helped immediately I explained what was going on and was told the price and how long it would be. Thank you Priority Honda I really appreciate your service team, they are always on point!!!
