Donna did a great job. Very helpful. Jim Comey had to leave, so he put us in great hands. I trust Jim very much. So I know he put us with a person I can trust as much as him. You’ll actually have a great team there. Donna took over for Jim and a young lady helped Donna get us started. Great team work. The First Lady I talked to in front of Donna, acted like she didn’t want to help. Was just short. Just said I don’t know who taking over for Jim. Then was not even trying to help find out. Just stopped communicating. Donna heard and came right over.
This was the first time I saw comments about my delaying service affecting the engine for life guarantee. I would prefer to have been told at the time instead of reading it after my appointment.
