She is such a great person and extremely kind and genuine. Her and the guy the worked on my car were AWESOME. I think yall should try super hard to keep her around she is amazing and is 20 years old. She does her job so well. Everyone that helped me today was awesome but she is so so AWESOME I hope she works everytime my car gets serviced now.

Donna was amazing! :) We were going out of town the next day and were just in there for an oil change but forgot there was a bunch of things we needed to get done. Donna said she could get it done before our trip and she did!!! And of COURSE the technician! :) Great job!! :) She even reminded me of my state inspection! Lol!! As u can see, I’m very forgetful, so a gal like me , needs a Donna in the world!! Lol! I appreciate you Donna! :) Thanks for all your help! :)

Donna was very pleasant and helpful. However, I was not happy that I showed up at my app't time coming all the way from Smithfield to find out the part was not in stock. That forced me to leave the car overnight and then drive back over again the following day. Why would you schedule an app't and not check first to see if the part was available? That's not the way to do business.
