This was a complicated diagnosis to repair. In the end it all worked out after Jeanette was able to get authorization from the VA. This summer my wife and I will be taking a 3,000 mile road trip. If this problem had occurred on the trip it could have been disastrous. Fortunately, it occurred locally so I'm grateful for that. Plus the technician was able to make the repair in a timely manner. Thank you all.
