No, I'm highly dissatisfied with having entrusted my vehicle to Priority Honda of Hampton. My vehicle has been well-maintained for years, yet after an appointment for what should have been routine maintenance my car is functioning poorly now. I now have to bring my car back in for the third time in 24 hours. I will be speaking to a manager tomorrow. The services offered here are egregious disservices that completely warrant a Better Business Bureau report.

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Priority Honda Hampton . We always ask for Donna Meeks as our service writer.She is very knowledgeable, polite, and experienced. This is one reason we will always come back to Priority Honda Hampton . 5 Stars for Donna Meeks !!!

My appointment was at 1030 got there on time for my appointment,got there and waited a whole 30 just to be checked in then another 1 1/2 until my car was ready. I just feel like they scheduled To many people at the same time in one day.
