Yesterday I left Priority Honda of Hampton frustrated and stressed. Today, I left grateful and satisfied by the sevice provided by Don Matol (Manager) and his staff. There were definitely some blunders yesterday. However, I am grateful that my concerns were heard, and that I was taken seriously. I enjoy my car and want to have it for years, so good maintenance will always be my goal. Thank you, Don, for taking time to patiently listen to me and helping me achieve a road-worthy vehicle. I truly appreciate you and your staff.

Car sensor not reset. Told tires which bought from you 25k old almost gone. And told service rep about manufacture defect and never consulted with manager.

The man who waited on me was a little rude, impersonal, barely gave eye contact, I kinda felt silently judged for not servicing a few other things that needed servicing.
