Adam was great. He helped me and didn't pressure me to getting something done I wasn't ready to get done to the car. He also remembered who I was when I picked up my car the next day after I dropped it off. Overall, it was a great experience and Thank You Adam for taking care of me and my Honda Accord. Really appreciate it.

Michael was very efficient, helpful, and courteous. However, with the wait time(almost 2 hours), I feel there’s a problem. Having made an appointment, I should not have had to wait that length of time. Maybe overbooking, taking walk-ins along with appointments, or not enough techs??? Michael did his job very well.

Service was wonderful but the online call in needs a little work. I usually get my car serviced at the Newport News priority but they schedule me in Hampton. Wasn’t a problem but I thought I was scheduled for Newport News and was there. But all ended well.
