I spent 3 hours waiting for a service that couldn’t happen due to a missing part. I was given a rental car when told they could reschedule me for the next day. I paid for a few things that were completed, and sadly that’s at a loss for me as I ended up trading in the car.

I was traveling from North Carolina to Pennsylvania when my car broke down in Virginia, I had no where to go so I went to Priority Honda and they were able to get me in and help me get home. They were life savers and I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you to everyone at Priority Honda.

Oh man where do I begin from the moment I walked in the service area and Adam and my eyes met it was love at first site. I was desperate to find out what was wrong with my vehicle and Adam solved all my issues i from the diagnostic to the car being fixed kept me up to date. I will not go to any other other Honda and cheat on Adam because of this guy I will be a lifelong customer and Hampton Honda.

When I talked to Adam Harrison on Aug 4th at 3:09 pm he brought up other services he recommended my car have. During our discussion he said he would take $90 off my service price for being military. Paid my bill got home and looked over everything and noticed the discount he promised was never applied. I would like to get that $90 refunded back to my card. Adam was nice and friendly. But unresponsive to text messages even though it is communicated that is a way we can communicate with you all during the service. But it was not being true to his word and when I texted him about it he didn't reach out or respond to correct the error.

Donna gave me 5 Star Service,matter of fact that was the best customer service since I have been coming there to receive my periodic service for my car.Of course if it wasn’t for the great service I got from John Figueroa when I bought my car. state inspection scheduled for 8:30 took over 2 hours. Is that normal? Was hoping since 8:30 is pretty early there would be no backlog.
