My visit today was due to the incompetence of the employee who worked on my car on my last visit. They left bolts lose and therefore my car was rattling and I had to come back and get it taken care of. Then while I was there I was waiting and told the employee who I checked in with I would be in the kids play area. To my surprise my car was done but yet I was never told that my car was finished. When I get my keys I was told my name was called but they never went to the kids area to find me. And if my kids are playing there is no way I would hear my name being called in the lobby. Then I was told they called me and left a message. As nice as that is the majority of people do not pick up numbers they do not know but will repond to text messages . I had to wait an extra 30 mins because an employee was too lazy to walk in the room and ask if I was in there. What happens if I was in the quiet room? Do they always check that room? But not the kids play area? I get it that your employees are busy and they work hard, but if the person working on my car the last time would of done his job right I wouldn't have to drag my three kids back to Honda to get there mistake fixed and therefore wait an extra 30 mins for a total of 2 1/2 hours of my day wasted waiting for my car and have an employee not go to the kids area for me is the icing on the cake. Another thing that needs to be worked on is the check in process. I waited 40 mins to turn in my car, while waiting I watch other people go before me that showed up after me, but because I picked the wrong lane I was waiting longer then other people. I dont know how it can change since I am not there on a daily basis but it needs to change. Maybe have a runner to find customers and walk up to cars to tell them what desk to check in at? I leave with this have your employees work checked before it leaves, what happens if it was a bolt that could of caused an accident?

Donna was great when I called around 9am and asked to come In because my car was having trouble starting I spoke to Kim and she told me that they were not taking appointments for the day and I have to leave my car and pick it up on Saturday I told her I couldn’t do that I waited about 10 mins called back spoke to a guy and told him my situation and he went to ask the service manager and told me to come in and they would work me in I am grateful for him trying whereas Kim didn’t.
