The whole process I went through was frustrating. Having to wait days for Honda to contact the warranty people about approval and ordering my parts to lack of communication. There were several times I had a difficult time getting through. One day I was told my service advisor had a customer; I called back and was told he was at lunch; I called a third time and was told he was never at work on that day. When I finally got to the dealership for my service to be done, I dropped it off around 9:30; I had to call around 5:30 for an update. At that point I was told all parts weren’t ordered. The way it was explained to me, one couldn’t be done without the other so it didn’t make sense that someone wouldn’t order all the parts at the same time. Because of this, I was left with a problem I didn’t even arrive with. I was supposed to have 2 additional services completed at this same all day appointment that were not done. The second part came in (again, a call I initiated) and the original service and one of the forgotten services were completed but now I still have to go back for the third service. Overall this has been a frustrating and inconvenient process. I understand that you all get busy but I feel things could have been handled a bit better throughout all of this. This process was over a month and I don’t think it normally would’ve taken this long. Some type of compensation for the inconvenience would’ve been appreciated. My frustration with this process is not on any one person, but on the business as a whole.
